• Carrying out 1 inspections a year
• Assist with change over with council tax & utility suppliers
• Carry out safety checks i.e Gas cert, electric cert, EPC

Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide

Guaranteed Rent                                                            £99 one of Admin

• Getting rent on time every month even if property is empty, no void periods
• Property will be handed back in the same conditioned it was when signing lease

(excluding wear and tear)

• Any admin including exit of tenants

Gas Certificate                                                                £60.00

Electric Certificate                                                         £90.00

EPC Certificate                                                               £50.00

Arrangement of partial or total Refurbishment (where works exceed £500) 12% of cost of Project (inc VAT)

Sales on Property 

We charge a 2% fee on the settle price on the property.

This includes the following:

• Valuation on the property
• Professional Photos
• Advertising on are website & portals
• Erecting a sales Board
• Carrying out Booking & Viewing
• Deal with any correspondence between vendor & Buyer
